Compatible with most radiant heat systems, AirGuard features innovative Air Flow Technology, and is the only underlayment to include MICROBAN® Antimicrobial Protection to safeguard your floors against mold, mildew and odor-causing bacteria.

• 3 layer design protects floating laminate and floating engineered hardwood
flooring
• Bottom layer: permeable film that wicks moisture up from concrete or wood
subfloors
• Middle layer: thousands of cushioning, stabilizing polyshims that support the
finished flooring
• Top layer: impermeable film that keeps moisture away from flooring
• Patented Air Flow Technology for constant air movement to safely release
moisture away from flooring
• Microban antimicrobial product protection inhibits stain and odor causing
